If you're one of the lucky few who got tickets through Ticketmaster when they went on sale New Year's Day and asked for the tickets to be held at Will Call, the Panthers are encouraging you to pick up the tickets before Saturday's game. So says Observer editor Steve Gunn, who got a call from the Panthers last night.
You can pick tickets up between 8:30 and 5:30 Thursday and Friday at Bank of America Stadium. You have to show a photo ID.
Says Steve: "Officials are worried there may be a long line Saturday."
We've left a message with Panthers officials to confirm.
We're moving!

ReplyDeleteTickets are still available for purchase on Ticketmasters website listed below. It is tickets that are listed for sale by owners. Once bought the original owner tickets are deactivated and new ones are issued. There are some great deals.

The uppers on ebay are going for less than original face value plus fees now. Scalpers get what they deserve.
ReplyDeleteWas't there a lot of chit-chat around these parts about how the Cards couldn't sell out their game - and prevent the local blackout -until the league gave 'em a couple of extra days? So this game is sold out, but now people are selling their tix at clearance prices. I guess the potential for rain and cold doesn't sit well...
ReplyDeleteNo such thing as a "great deal" at TicketMaster... those people are the scum of the earth. Go to Ebay or CraigsList for a deal....
ReplyDeleteHey, at least scalpers snap up our tickets knowing people WANT TO GO.
